The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun; monthly fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. Meta charges its own per-conversation WhatsApp fees, billed to your Meta account — typically a few cents per conversation; those are not included in the Vaulte price.

Yes — a one-time $2,500 setup covers your custom assistant, Meta approval, and two weeks of tuning on your real conversations. After that it's $797/month with no Vaulte usage or overage fees. Meta's own per-conversation WhatsApp charges are billed to you separately and are typically a few cents per conversation.
Month-to-month, no lock-in. Cancel anytime — your service simply runs to the end of the current billing period, then stops. No notice period, no penalty. If it's not making more than it costs, we don't deserve your money.
Fast — usually 1–3 days. We do a 30-minute setup call and write your bot the same day; the only wait is connecting your WhatsApp number, which needs Meta's approval (typically 1–3 days).
There's no hard usage cap. If your volume gets very high, we'll size an Enterprise plan to fit — you'll never get a surprise overage.
